Kevin Bush — Author of The Long Way Home: The Journey Back to the Man God Created Me to Be
Helping broken men find hope, healing, and the way back to the man God created them to be.
Every Story Has a Turning Point
For more than fifty years, I believed I knew who I was. I was a husband, father, leader, provider, and successful construction executive. I thought working harder, providing more, and solving problems was what love looked like.
Then everything I valued most began slipping away.
What followed wasn't just the loss of a marriage — it was the beginning of discovering that childhood wounds, emotional blindness, and generational patterns had been shaping my life in ways I never understood.
The Long Way Home is the story of that journey. Not the journey of someone who has all the answers, but someone who finally began asking the right questions.
Today I share my story because I believe healing begins with honesty, accountability, faith, and the courage to become the person God created us to be. I don't share my story because I've arrived. I share it because I know what it's like to finally begin.
